Documentary chronicling the career of English singer-songwriter Billy Fury. Following his sharp rise to fame with the release of his debut album 'The Sound of Fury' in 1960, the teen idol went on to equal the Beatles' record of 24 hits during the 1960s, after they were famously unsuccessful in their audition to be his backing band. The programme features interviews with famous fans such as Joe Brown, Lord Puttnam and Len Goodman, as well as behind the scenes footage of the star himself, to tell the story of his short career which was prematurely ended by heart troubles.
