Description

You think you know a place. Alliance warships are stalking the seas, Horde armies are all over Kalimdor - war's on everyone's minds, threatening to erupt at any moment and subsume Azeroth. But at least you know where you stand. Then, all of a sudden, an entire realm emerges from the fog. A whole realm unspoiled by war!

Hidden by mists ever since the world was sundered, Pandaria's cloud-capped mountains and abundant jungles haven't fallen victim to the forces that ravage Azeroth. Now that it's on the maps of both the Alliance and the Horde, though, that can't last. This stunning new continent could offere salvation, or the battle to control it could finally push the opposing forces into a battle that will bring total annihilation.

It doesn't take a World of Warcraft vet to see that the biggest offering in Mists of Pandaria, the fourth expansion to the ever-popular MMO, is a huge new territory to explore. There's plenty more to it than that, however.

There's the return of the panderan as a playable race, for one. There's a whole new character class, for seconds - the monk. These marital arts masters will share their skills with Horde and Alliance alike. With their chi-based abilities they can deal damage, tank or heal.

A new expansion also means a new level cap - players can now climb all the way to 90, with new flexible scenarios for smaller bands of characters, challenge modes and even strategic companion pet battles. You might want to say goodbye to the outside world for a bit while you get to grips with all this new content...
