Sweet & Maxwell's British Companies Legislation Handbook 2002 now in its seventeenth edition (formerly published as British Companies Legislation), contains the following main statutes (as amended): * Companies Act 1985 * Insolvency Act 1986 * Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 * Companies Act 1989 * Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 Other statutes and extracts are included, such as the insider dealing provision of the Criminal Justice Act 1993, the Insolvency Act 1994, the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 and the Insolvency Act 2000.
