National Vocational Qualifications in Business Administration are concerned with the assessment of skills and evidence of knowledge, but it is up to the tutor to provide a learning route to competence and to ensure that students have a broad understanding of the context in which they will be working. This is the first of two books offering a Level 2 learning programme which aims to prepare students for NVQ assessment and to give them a thorough grounding in modern office procedures.;For ease of use, the book is organized according to NVQ units.
