Calvert's powers of arrest and charges - Lewis Heavens

Appearing for the first time in a new, larger format, the ninth edition of Calvert's Powers of Arrest and Charges covers the many changes that have taken effect since the last one was published in 1987. Central to these, of course, are the effects of PACE and the resultant Codes of Practice.
