Description

Caravan SandWitch is a puzzle-based, open world exploration game that takes the genre and cozies it up with a warm art style and loveable characters. You play as Sauge, who has returned to her home planet after years away to hunt for her missing sister, who's been missing for as long as Sauge has been gone. All you have to go on is a trail of mysterious messages and the help of the planet's inhabitants. They, however, need your help as much you need theirs - the planet was mined out and then abandoned by its corporate overlords, leaving the remaining inhabitants to scratch out a living on its pleasantly post-apocalyptic remains. For all its problems, this world is a lovely place, and you'll have a pretty chilled out time exploring it for clues, solving puzzles and helping out the people you meet along the way. There's no player death here, but there is a gentle, melancholy sense of mourning. Tucking into it, and exploring its beautiful, varied environments in your chunky little truck is the core of the game's charm. Think of it as sci-fi #VanLife from the comfort of your living room.
