This book presents 24 research-based cases that require users to apply relevant theoretical models to the analysis of real-life organizations and to specify solutions to practical managerial problems. Nine of the cases additionally provide role-playing exercises. The book is organized into five parts and the cases deal with issues at the interface of strategy, organizational behaviour and HRM.
