Parveen Ahmed, dubbed 'The Curry Queen' by chef Gino D'Acampo presents a selection of recipes which will allow you to cook delicious, authentic Indian cuisine at home. The recipes were chosen by celebrity guests, who joined Parveen in her kitchen to learn how to cook their favourite dishes. In an honest and open foreword, Parveen describes how a life-changing event led her to create this book, from which all royalties will be donated to the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.
