Description

The complete third series of the Bafta-winning children's drama that follows the day-to-day problems of the staff and patients of a busy children's ward. Running for over ten years, the show won acclaim for the way in which it realistically handled sensitive subjects. In this series, there are a number of new arrivals on the ward. One youngster who had hoped for a career as a professional footballer requires support from the hospital staff to come to terms with the fact that he will most likely never play again, while another aspiring game player, Trivial Pursuit champion Cal (Mark Dixon), has been diagnosed with epilepsy. Elsewhere, former patient Keely (Jennifer Luckraft) returns to the hospital to give birth.
