Documentary about the history of Yugoslavian cinema and Marshal Josip Broz Tito's connection to it. A film lover himself, Tito supported the industry and filmmakers, enabling soldiers to work as extras and Hollywood stars and directors to use the country for location shoots. However, following Tito's death the industry went into decline with studios and workers going out of business. The film features interview footage of Tito's personal projectionist Leka Konstantinovic, as well as other movie professionals from that prosperous time.
