Trio of westerns. In 'Rage at Dawn' (1955), a special agent (Randolph Scott) is hot on the trail of a band of outlaws only to find he must break the law to get his man. In the John Ford directed 'Judge Priest' (1934), an irascible judge (Will Rogers) stirs up the locals with his own brand of honesty, humour and common sense, tackling injustice and petty prejudice wherever they rear their ugly heads. Finally in 'Tulsa' (1949), Cherokee Lansing (Susan Hayward), the daughter of a traditional cattle owner, builds an oil empire. But while she fights for her property and stages wildcat drilling she forgets about all human values.
