Description

All six episodes from the second series of the of the BBC Wales retro reality show in which three families are transported back in time to the South Wales coalfields of 1944. All men and boys over the age of 14 are expected to work a long day as coalminers as well as performing their wartime duties for the Home Guard. Meanwhile, the women must run the home under 1944 conditions, as well as doing war work and struggling to feed their families on limited rations.
