Creative awakenings - Sheri Gaynor

Readers begin their creative journey with an overview of the intention setting process and instruction on how to start a Book-of-Dreams Journal to record their Creative Awakenings. Then, readers are introduced to 12 artists who went through the process themselves and will see firsthand - through inspirational artwork as well as several step-by-step mixed-media techniques - how these contributors used the intention-setting process to realize their own dreams.After learning by example, readers are then guided through the process of using the included cards to help them set their own intentions and use their journal as a tool to record the process. They also receive tips on forming their own supportive circles and starting their own Awakenings round-robin journal.
