Description

FeiFei is an attractive young asian woman who lives in Chunking, CyberCity. She reads J.D. Salinger and is possessed of a thoughtful expression... but she isn't real at all. FeiFei, creation of Japanese animation company Blue Moon Studio, is one of the late 1990s 'virtual stars', with millions of fans who tune in to learn more about the latest adventures of their heroine. In 'RGB' we learn that FeiFei was born deep in the ocean; in 'Voice' we discover her origins; in 'Real' FeiFei encounters life on the streets of the busy metropolis; in 'Doll' FeiFei has an adventure discovering mannequins that come to life; in 'Messenger' she travels to a strange place where dreams and reality coexist; and finally, in 'Labyrinth' FeiFei tries to find her long-lost love. A 'making-of' documentary is also included.
