DanceDanceRevolution is back for more move-busting, toe-tapping fun times - but while the games industry seems to have taken a shine to motion controllers to the point where franchises are changed to exclusively use them, Konami is respecting the classic dance mat that made the Bemani series so iconic in the first place.
You'll still be hopping from arrow to arrow on the included dancing mat to various familiar (and not-so familiar) music tracks, but the PlayStation Move has managed to find its way into the action by providing supplementary actions to perform during the game. With a Move controller in hand, you'll have to watch out for motion commands that rise to the top of the screen - when they reach the top, you have to move your hands in the direction of the specific arrow.
It adds a whole new frantic style of play to the leg movement too, forcing you to get physical with every part of your body. And an exercise it will be too, with your fitness rated at the end of every session. Your results will also be tracked by the PlayStation Eye camera and the recordings can be uploaded to social networking sites for your friends to commend (or chortle) at. And with all-new modes such as two-player Dance Offs and Club marathons you'll be keeping yourself active for a long time yet.
