Description

Collection of documentaries on the three most influential figures in the Russian Communist Party that ruled over the Soviet Union for much of the 20th century. Valdimir Lenin and Leon Trotsky were the men who helped steer the Communists to power following the overthrow of Tsar Nicholas II in 1917. However, a difference in opinions saw Trotsky exiled to Mexico, where he was murdered in 1940 on the command of Joseph Stalin, the successor to Lenin as Communist Party ruler and the man responsible for the Great Purge that resulted in the deaths of millions.
