Description

Brain training expert Dr. Kawashima has leaped out of the Nintendo DS and onto the Xbox 360 in his first console exercise programme. Use the Kinect motion-sensing device to take part in several different challenges that will test your mind and body at the same time.

As always, the good doc will give you pointers along the way and rank your ability by age, so you better practice beforehand! Luckily, you can have up to four people to help get brain-fit with you, so you won't feel like a total dunce on your own. Every day you get the chance to participate in mock tests, which psyche you up for the real thing. You can only take the official test once a day, but at least you'll have fun doing it!

Over 20 different activities and mini-games are included that test you on all sorts of skills. And you have to use your hands, arms or your whole body to get the right answers. Decide which of two maths equations are the highest by raising your arms into a greater-than or smaller-than symbol; raise different coloured flags at the right time; pop the correct balloons according to colour and even get exercises from Pac-Man.
