Description

Football triple bill. 'England's Dream Ticket' looks at England's campaign to qualify for the 2002 World Cup. Their efforts began with a disastrous defeat at home to Germany. However, with the newly appointed Sven Goran Eriksson at the helm, things began to look up. The highlight of these qualifying matches was undoubtedly the game in which they beat Germany 5-1, and this is covered in detail in the second part of the box set, 'Germany 1, England 5' - the official record of what some consider to be England's greatest ever performance. The set is completed by 'The England Collection', a previously unreleased programme recalling many of the legendary players who have played for the national side in the past, as well looking at some of the team's greatest goals.
