Description

Charley Boorman, Ewan McGregor's friend and companion on their 'Long Way Round' motorcycle trip around the world, travels across Canada. Boorman, initially an actor, has had a lifetime love of motorcycles. As well as joining McGregor on their trip round the world and a follow up journey through Africa, Boorman has taken part in the Dakar Rally and a number of other events where he can express his love of motorcycles and equally quirky forms of transport. In this series Boorman sets out to traverse Canada on motorcycle, stopping to explore the rich geography, culture and, of course, vehicles of a country which stretches from ocean to ocean and contains some of the most stunning scenery in the world. He is joined on the trip by Russ Malkin, the producer of 'Long Way Round' and his director for this particular journey.
