Description

This documentary uses aerial footage to interweave the stories of various Javanese people who worship the many active volcanoes which pepper their lands. Once a year, Meena pays homage along with thousands of others at the crater of Mount Bromo, performing the Hindu ceremony of Kesodo in the hope that the gods will keep another year free of eruptions.
