Faith and mental health - Billy Swan

Today mental health and wellbeing are pressing concerns for many people. The Church has an important contribution to make in these areas. Drawing on Scripture, Tradition, the lives of saints, and recent research Fr Billy Swan identifies ten ways that faith supports improved mental health and contributes to overall wellbeing. To name but a few: through faith in the Gospel we encounter the unconditional love of God, who brings meaning and order to our lives.
