Feast of faith - Kevin Parkes

This resource book enables families with children to celebrate the Church's year in the home. Beginning with Advent, it marks the important festivals and seasons by giving: background information on the festival; the festival's colour; scriptural readings; a prayer; a grace for mealtimes; ideas for preparing the home; ideas for activities; recipes for food; and questions to think about as a family. The book tackles the two key areas of helping children grow up with a deeper understanding of their faith and linking what happens in church on Sunday with what happens during the rest of the week at home.
