Jen is married to Fred and has three children she doesn't really like; she works from inside a cupboard with a girl with orange hair and a rather rotund lady who clacks when she eats. Her mother has fallen in love with an Alan Carr look-alike and she has a mother in law who likes to move her furniture whenever she gets the chance.
