England hero George Cohen played his entire professional footballing career at his beloved Fulham FC - something almost unheard of in modern football. The George Cohen Suite at Craven Cottage bears testimony to his commitment to the London club, just down the road from his birthplace. Also to be found at The Cottage is his coveted 1966 World Cup Winner's medal, on display at the club museum. One of the foundations of Sir Alf Ramsay's England Lions of 1966, George formed the bedrock along with Ray Wilson at the back of the team. George Best once described Cohen as "the best right-back I have played against".
