This series of modern world history aims to present stimulating new material beyond the range of conventional narrative textbooks. It discusses the Nazi State and its policies towards different sections of the community such as women and Jews as well as towards the Church and education. In conclusion, the author considers Germany's relationship with other European countries and the legacy of the Nazi party.
