Guide to Higher Grade biology extended response questions - John Di Mambro

Extended response questions are a relatively new feature of the Higher Biology examination, requiring skills in organised, structured essay-type writing previously unnecessary for this subject. As a result of unfamiliarity and limited practise, many students do not fulfil their potential in this section of the exam. This book is designed to target this problem, giving students the ability and confidence to successfully complete these questions to a high standard.



Containing over 65 structured and non-structured questions, the syllabus is fully covered ensuring that students are prepared for questions on any topic. After every question a comprehensive list of 'Relevant Points' illustrates to pupils the core information to be included in ther answer in an appropriately organised fashion.
