The tenor great's classic 1964 album, and his third Blue Note LP. Recorded at the Van Gelder Studio on 10th April 1964 the album features an all-star band of Kenny Dorham (trumpet), McCoy Tyner (piano), Richard Davis (bass) and Elvin Jones (drums). The album showcases three superb Henderson originals (the title track, Punjab, Serenity) and two by Dorham (Short Story, Brown's Town). Produced by Alfred Lion.
