Description

Kicking off on disc one with a concert John played in November 1983, alongside occasional collaborator Ry Cooder, at the Coati Cabaret venue in Coati, California, shortly following the release of his superb 'Riding with the King' album. Next up, disc two features his show at Barrymore's in Ottawa Canada in September 1988 in the wake of 'Slow Turning', Hiatt's magnificent ninth record which gave him his first radio hit with its infectious title track. To

conclude the set, disc three has a gig from 1992 in San Francisco, when John was performing with the dynamic super-group Little Village, also featuring Ry Cooder, Nick Lowe and Jim Keltner.
