This book tells the bizarre story of Dr Gerald Bull, following his career from a dedicated scientist to his bitter finale as the shadowy Dr Doom working behind the tyrant Saddam Hussein. On 20th March 1990 Bull was shot dead for masterminding a scheme to build the most powerful and terrifying gun the world had ever seen and then to sell it to Iraq. This book uncovers the mystery of Bull's murder by Mossad agents and at the same time throws light on the world of the arms trade - including the fact that both American and British intelligence agencies were informed by Bull of his work for Iraq but chose to take no action.
