Description

Developed by Humongous, Junior Sports Basketball sees players teaming up with the Junior Sports Kids to shoot hoops in cool 3D court settings ranging from back streets to desert plains. In the game, the children of the world have organised an underground network of Junior Sports leagues, free from the pressures or interference of grown-ups.

The relaxed rules of the Junior Sports leagues bring fun to the fore, and impressive skills and competition take a back seat to teamwork and joining in - every player brings something valuable to the party when the ball's in play! The goofy cartoon characters in the game behave just like real kids - they have good days and bad days, some play better on indoor courts while others flourish in the open air, and they always play better on their birthday!

Whether their brother or sister is on the same team can seriously affect their performance, as can the colour their team wears, especially if it happens to be their favourite.

All the players are fun and full of personality, making Junior Sports Basketball special and a rarity amongst sports titles. Gameplay is fun and addictive, and teaches the basics of the sport without being complicated to pick up and play.

It's also great fun for parents and older siblings, thanks to the ability to level the playing field and create handicaps for more skilled players.

Other features include being able to choose your team and decide what kit they all wear, and during play watch out for unexpected earthquakes which can knock players off their feet.
