Description

The complete first series of the anime in which a group of girls rebel against an oppressive student council. The series is set in 21st century Japan, but one in which the course of history has taken a different turn. The Tokugawa Shogunate, rulers of the nation from 1603 until 1868, remain in power and the school councils, in this society, take their lead from the political hierarchy and oppress those beneath them. Yagyu Muneakira (voice of Daisuke Hirakawa) refuses to accept this and inspires a group of her female classmates to fight back against the council.
