This collection of materials is the companion volume to the corresponding "LLB Learning Text". Used together, they provide a learning programme which enables students to learn the subject at their own pace and in their own time. This enables the student to analyze the material and understand the way in which it complements and expands upon the guidance give by the "Learning Text". Answers to the end-of-chapter assessment questions in the corresponding "Learning Text" are found in these "Cases and Materials" volumes.;The text is a straightforward explanation of the principles of land law, without going into too much detail. It has been divided into 33 short chapters. The text is up to date with all recent legislation, and includes recent important developments, such as the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 and the decision of the Court of Appeal in "Cheltenham and Gloucester Building Society v Norgan".
