Description

Gangster action starring Ice T. Washed up songwriter Ricardo French (Richard Brooks) is forced out of the business when his drink and drug addictions get out of hand. Cleaning up his act, he meets singer Lexie (Cindy Herron) at a club run by the ruthless gangster Rasheed (Ice T). Inspired to write a song about her, Ricardo approaches her old manager in order to sort out a deal. But Ricardo soon discovers that the music business is still as cut-throat as he remembered, and that every deal has a substantial price to pay.
