THOU SHALT PARTYIn the Old Testament era, God instigated a series of celebrations - feats and festivals that were parties with purpose. As God's chosen people, the Israelites were commanded to gather together for these extensive events - they were a vital part of their lives. While there was ceremony and even solemnity in some of God's festivities, there was also a great deal of joy and celebration. This issue, we take a look at just a few of those events, and discover what we can glean about the one who is the greatest host, and the parties He threw.
