The last two years have been a game-changer for Made in Chelsea's Louise Thompson and she is feeling stronger than ever, both mentally and physically. In Live Well with Louise she shares her personal story for the first time, opening up about her battles with anxiety, self-confidence, her relationship with food and alcohol, and the pressures of social media.
