Description

All six episodes of the 1970s ITV sitcom starring Hugh Lloyd as Hughie Wagstaffe, a down-and-out tramp who is suddenly propelled into the echelons of the landed gentry when he discovers that he has inherited a huge country estate, complete with title and a full complement of servants. Joan Sims co-stars as Miss Pratt, Hughie's long-suffering housekeeper, who does all she can to convert grubby old Hughie into a fine upstanding gentleman.
