This Doubleday Health Book Club Main Selection offers more than 1,000 quick, easy, great tasting recipes for the whole family, from appetizers and entrees through desserts and drinks. Most recipes feature 10 or fewer ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to prepare. The 3rd edition features icons indicating if a recipe can be prepared in advance, derives less than 10 percent of its calories from fat, or is sugar-free or low-carbohydrate. The cookbook closes with a final chapter of 25 menus (with 100 new recipes) with the emphasis on quick, easy, convenient but complete meals consisting of interesting, tasty, healthy recipes.
