Cooking for the family can be difficult if one member is dieting. That's where Weight Watchers recipes really win out. A large proportion of their membership consists of mums with growing families - Weight Watchers knows that cooking twice for every meal is not a viable option.
That's why they've put together Low Point Family Meals. It's full of the sort of food that families love, but reduced in fat and calories so it can't jeopardise any one's diet. The food is so filling that no one need ever know that these are weight-loss recipes - unless you tell them. There are some fabulous bakes and casseroles (try Tortilla-topped Chicken Bake or French-style Sausage Casserole), spicy curries (such as Dominican Vegetable Curry) and a wonderful selection of quick kebabs and stir-fries. And to finish there are some quick cakes and desserts, including mini baked doughnuts - only point/70 calories each.
