Medicine and Public Health Through Time has been written specifically for the new AQA Schools History Project Specification A. The title includes core coverage of major issues and topics featured in the medicine through time development study - from the ancient civilizations to the present day. Discrete sections on the development of Public Health in Britain are also included (set at appropriate points in the chronology of the study) and are in line with the requirement for sudents to learn about the elements of British History. The narrative and exercises have been written with the aim of developing students' knowledge, understanding and key historical skills.
