Description

2004 heralded Millwall's first FA Cup Final. It was a dramatic journey along the Lion's road to Cardiff's Millennium Stadium. But they got there with some great goals and memories along the way. Here is the whole story from the defeat of Walsall in the third round, Telford United in the fourth, Burnley in the fifth, Tranmere Rovers in the quarter finals bringing the season swiftly on to a glorious semi-final with Sunderland at Old Trafford. Tim Cahill was the hero of the day, his goal taking the team into the Cup Final, and making history.
