Description

Four episodes from the 1970s sitcom about the comedy exploits of a mixed-race adult education language class. In 'The First Lesson', teacher Jeremy Brown (Barry Evans) arrives for his first day at the Southbank College of Further Education eager to spread the joy of knowledge - then he meets his students. 'An Inspector Calls' has Jeremy mistake the school inspector for a student and then offend his wife into the bargain. 'A Fate Worse than Death' finds Ranjeet (Albert Moses) asking for help when he resolves to escape the clutches of his bride-to-be. And 'All Through the Night' sees the class get locked in the classroom after hours and prepare for a long night together.
