Documentary following the controversy in the art world over the abstract paintings produced by four-year-old Marla Olmstead. Apparently painting since the age of two, Marla Olmstead's work was exhibited in a gallery by the time she was four, provoking a piece in the New York Times which sparked media interest around the world, pushing the prices of her work into five figures. But Marla's overnight success also led to a backlash, with rumours that her father Mark had actually produced the work. In order to quell the rumours and set the record straight, Marla's parents Mark and Laura invited documentary film-maker Amir Bar-Lev to follow Marla's creative process.
