For years, Hannah Green ran from the truth, but after being sexually assaulted and then finding herself with nowhere to live, she was forced to confront the sexual abuse she had endured as a child.

She experienced homelessness for over a year and was moved from place to place, having been let down by multiple different services. She turned to drugs and alcohol, until she was introduced to a few people who truly understood... and introduced her to surfing.
