Description

Three more episodes of the Japanese anime series, set in a remote future where humans co-exist with the Haibane, a mysterious race of angelic beings. Rakka, a young girl, finds herself hatching one morning from a giant cocoon. With no memory of her previous life, she struggles to adapt to her new existence as one of the Haibane. In this volume, Rakka is helped by Kuu to find her place in the Old Home, but when Kuu goes missing she suspects it has something to do with the mysterious 'Day of Flight'. Episodes are: 'Library, Abandoned Factory, The Beginning of the World'; 'End of Summer, Rain, Loss' and 'Scar, Illness, Arrival of Winter'.
