This book is written as a self-help book for survivors of parental Narcissistic abuse and those who are considering or have gone No Contact with abusive families. Written in a simple format, that those dealing with the aftermath of Narcissistic abuse will not be overloaded with content. Both my parents and also other members of the family had Narcissistic Personality Disorder and I survived despite their abuse. This book is a walk through my own journey together with suggestions based on getting beyond the pain of leaving and going 'No Contact' with everyone and everything from my past and coming to a point of acceptance and healing. If you are deciding whether to go NC or have done so and are looking for inspiration then I hope that this book will start you on your road to recovery so that you can live more fully. Going NC may be one of the most difficult decisions that you will ever have to make and knowing that there are others who have already walked that path and succeeded may help you.
