Description

Nocturne is a phrase usually used to relate to night or darkness.

Nocturne the game makes particular reference to its meaning.

It is one of the darkest games ever to be created on PC.

Set in the style of Resident Evil, Nocturne consists of many pre-rendered backdrops, in which you must control your 3-dimensionally rendered character.

You must explore the many terrifying environments to try and solve one of the mysteries given to you by the Spook House; an agency committed to the investigation of the supernatural. Nocturne could possibly be described as being four games in one, since before you start the game, you must first choose a scenario to solve, each one being different from the next.

During your adventures, you will come across many of the 40 strong catalogue of monsters, werewolves and vampires.

The whole experience is made even more atmospheric by the creation of shadows, fog and dramatic lighting effects. Nocturne is a dark experience that should be played with the lights off.
