When an IRA bomb blows up a Belfast pub in 1975, it threatens the ceasefire being negotiated by Loyalist and Republican leaders. Gang leader Kenny (James Frain) wants revenge, and thanks to psychotic foot-soldier Ginger (Ian Hart) it seems that violence is inevitable. But if this is the way they want to play it, then Kenny's relationship with childhood friend Liam (John Lynch) seems certain to be consumed in the conflict.
