One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 brings Luffy and his crew back for another massive musou game, courtesy of the masters of the form over at Omega Force. If you're a One Piece fan making your musou debut, the formula is pretty easy to grasp: get into absolutely epic battles against hundreds or even thousands of enemies in which you bowl down an absolute swamp of baddies with your overpowered moves. This is a game that absolutely delights in spectacle and massive action, while still offering a surprisingly well considered combat system. Remarkably, Pirate Warriors 4 covers the entire 900 episode arc of the storied manga series, encompassing the Alabasta, Enies Lobby, the Paramount War, Dressrosa and Whole Cake Island stories, as well as presenting a version of the Wano arc. Each of these has its own selection of playable characters (occasionally it restricts you to whoever's most relevant), with 40 playable heroes and villains in all. Almost the entire thing can be played in two-player split screen, while some stages in its Treasure Log mode allow you to stretch to four, which is a cool feature.
