14 years. Wow. The cult classic Katamari series is finally back for some more action puzzling. How it's been allowed to be this long is anyone's guess, but what a relief to have it back! If you've never played one of the feted Katamari Damacy games then this is going to sound a little odd, but it basically involves rolling an ever-growing ball across environments to collect more and more items, growing your katamari as you go! The King of All Cosmos has been fiddling with a scroll and accidentally destroyed both the earth and the stars. Whoopsie! Now, The Prince has to roll the katamari right across the grand sweep of time, hoovering up objects from the Jurassic Era, the Ice Age, historic Japan and a bevy of other eras to rebuild the sparkling night sky. As befits the first Katamari Damacy game in nearly a decade and a half, Once Upon a Katamari offers up new stages, new music, and brand new items such as the magnet to serve up a fresh new experience. You can also select from 68 cousins to play as, or even create your own to take online and roll against your friends.
