Dr. Kathryn A. Caas is a member of the Management Department in the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
Her teaching currently includes courses on managing diversity, business communication, and pedagogical theories and practices on both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Her teaching has included courses on rhetorical criticism and theory, public speaking and persuasion, interpersonal communication and coaching, written communication, gender and communication, and writing for publication.
She has presented a number of papers at national and regional conferences and recently published the essay, "Demonizing Democracy: The Strange Career of Lani Guinier" in New Approaches to Rhetoric.
Her professional association memberships include: Management Communication Association and the Association for Business Communication.

Dr. Caas received her B.A. in English and Communication from Boston College, her M.A. in Speech Communication from Indiana University, and her Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Utah.

Harris Sondak is a member of the Management Department in the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
His teaching includes courses on groups, negotiations, creating and maintaining business relationships, managing conflict in organizations, competitive strategy, managing diversity, organizational behavior, consulting, and business ethics and leadership. He has taught these subjects to executives, Ph.D. candidates, MBA students, and undergraduates from around the world.
Dr. Sondak's research investigates the psychology of allocation decisions, negotiation, group process and decisions, and procedural justice and ethics.
His research has been published in a number of leading academic journals.
Dr. Sondak has served as a reviewer, a member of the editorial board, and as the associate editor for scholarly publications.

Dr. Sondak received his B.A. in philosophy from the University of Colorado and his M.S. and Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Northwestern University.
He was a member of the faculty of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and has been a visiting faculty member the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, and the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India.
